This show has been organised by National Heritage in conjunction with the National Mu- seum of Krakow in partnership with the Banco Santander Foundation, Acción Cultural Es- pañola and the Polish Ministry of Culture. At the Royal Palace, visitors may admire the 195 works in this exhibition, including Leonardo da Vinci’s Lady with an Ermine, which is being shown in Spain for the first time. The exhibi- tion also features different kinds of works, ran- ging from painting and sculpture to furniture, tapestries, coins and medals, books, porcelain and textiles. Another highlight is the oil pain- tings by renowned artists such as Lucas Cra- nach and Rembrandt, tapestries from Brussels and armour from workshops in Germany and Italy. Worth showcasing is not only the artistic quality of the show but also its educational va- lue, since it delves into historical, geographic and traditional aspects of Poland.
